Floating cabins

The floating cabins are located next to fast water for front porch skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, and jetskiing. For your convenience you can tie your boat or jetski right next to the Cabin! Enjoy a BBQ on your private deck with a breathtaking view of the Delta and Mt. Diablo.

Amenities: Accommodation for 5  (twin over twin bunk and twin over full bunk), TV, DVD, Refridgerator, Stove Top, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot,and Deck with Propane BBQ. Linens are not provided but can be purchased for a fee. Propane for BBQ is provided.

Prices:

  • Summer Season Rates(Apr 1 – Oct 31): $120 per night

  • Winter Season Rates(Nov 1 – Mar 31) : $90 per night

25% of reservation amount due at time of reservation. Balance due is payable by Cash, Credit Card, or MoneyOrder. Checks are not accepted.

Check in time is 1:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Other arrangements can be made ahead of time.

LAND CABINS

The land cabins are just a short walk to the water. With your rental, you receive a complimentary berth.

We have 3 styles that sleep either 6 or 8 people.

Loft Sleeps 8. A/C and heat with full-sized kitchen, bathroom and living loom. 1 bedroom with full sized bed, loft can sleep 4 children and double hide–a-bed in living room. Large deck with picnic table and a guest berth in the Marina.

6 sleepers A/C and heat with full-sized kitchen, bathroom and living room. 1 bedroom with full sized bed, hallway room with 2 twin bunk beds and a double hide–a-bed in living room. Large deck with picnic table and a guest berth in the Marina.

8 sleepers A/C and heat with full-sized kitchen, bathroom and living room. 1 bedroom with full sized bed and 2 sets of twin bunk beds at either end of the hallway and a double hide–a-bed in living room. Large deck with picnic table and a guest berth in the Marina.

Reservation and cancelation policy

Please respect that we stand firm behind these policies

  • 25% of full reservation amount is due at time of booking.  This charge is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Balance of reservation is due and must be paid within 7 days of arrival. Failure to do so may result in reservation being cancelled, with no refund of deposit.
  • If you pay your reservation deposit  by credit card, and you do not request that the balance be paid by cashiers check or cash, we will automatically charge the card 7 days prior to your arrival for the balance.
  • You may re-schedule existing reservations within 14 days of arrival.  They must be in writing (e-mail preferred) and received 14 days prior to original reservation dates without losing your deposit; however there will be a $15 re-schedule fee per reservation.  Rescheduling must take place in the same calendar year and is subject to availability.

Please make sure at time of reservation that you state the number of people in your party.  All extra guests will be subject to an additional charge on your reservation if they were not on original reservation and will be subject to cabin occupancy.Group reservations of three or more cabins can not be changed.  Note you may want to make individual reservation, unless you are certain of your dates, this will allow you to re-schedule if you need to.
